Company overview
The predecessor of the Zhongke (Shenzhen) Wireless Semiconductor team was established in Hefei and relocated to Shenzhen in 2018. The team specializes in the research and development of chips for robotic cerebellar motor control, GaN (compound semiconductor) integrated circuits, analog computing, and edge-side AI ASIC chips. Currently, the team has achieved large-scale commercialization of multiple chip products, with over 100 patents and 250 papers published, and core patents covering the entire AI + analog computing chain. Leveraging innovations in AI and new materials technology, the team has won numerous national disruptive technology awards and the "China Chip" Annual Major Breakthrough Award, as well as accolades in the ICCV International Artificial Intelligence Competition. In 2024, the team further claimed the championship in the CVPR Robotics Vision and Tactile Competition.
