Product Introduction
CT2103 is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch that integrates 100V N-channel power MOS and is suitable for isolated synchronous rectification applications. Especially suitable for situations where high efficiency is required in chargers, and compatible with DCM, CCM, and QR flyback converter modes.
CT2103 can be flexibly placed at the positive or negative output terminal. No additional auxiliary winding is required to provide power.
CT2103 integrates intelligent turn on detection function, using proprietary technology to avoid switch misjudgment of power transistors in DCM, CCM, and QR modes, and there is no minimum turn off time limit. This feature makes the output voltage more stable.
CT2103 adopts precise zero voltage turn off, greatly improving the conduction efficiency of synchronous rectifier tubes.
