Product Introduction
CT3601 is a highly integrated and high-precision analog front-end chip for lithium battery monitoring and comprehensive safety protection, with low side NMOS charge and discharge tube drive control, suitable for various battery pack applications such as 10-17 series ternary lithium or lithium iron phosphate.
CT3601 can independently complete periodic automatic scanning and measurement of each battery cell voltage, each external temperature, charging and discharging current, and the total voltage of the battery pack. According to the configured protection threshold and delay time, it can complete corresponding protection functions and autonomous release, autonomous cell balancing, and autonomous detection and protection of cell voltage collection and disconnection.
CT3601 can also be integrated with external microcontrollers MCU for application. In addition to the functions provided by the hardware itself, it can also have zero voltage forbidden charging and discharging protection and charging cut-off function. At the same time, MCU can also participate in the release of security events, control of charging tubes, and management of coulombs.
Supports 4 working modes: Full Power mode, Normal Sleep mode, Deep Sleep mode, and Shut Down mode. After power on, the chip is in Shut Down mode, waiting for the charger to be inserted or the WKUP/SHUT pin to be activated with a high level input.
Supports two balancing modes: hardware self balancing and software balancing.
